After taking 6 months off, Shawn is #1 in PTN for January and made over $11,000!!!
Mr. Shawn Langille joined PTN in March of 2007. He hit the position of Training Director in 60 days to get his $1000 fast start bonus. After hitting TD with little momentum, he let life get in the way and suddenly found himself not paying attention to his PTN business. In December of 2007, he decided to come on our PTN Carnival Cruise to get his head back in the game, and since then has been on fire!
In January of this year, 68 new people joined his team, he’s helped 8 become Regional Managers, is the #1 producing Training Director in the ENTIRE COMPANY for January, and made over $11,000 doing it!!!
Shawn is now working diligently with his mentor NTD Mr. Anil Ramcharitar, and his team, to hit the position of Regional Training Director (by helping 4 people hit the position of Training Director). Stay tuned to the production reports to see this team take over the charts! There is nothing more fulfilling as a leader to have your new team up on the production reports with you.
As we look at Shawn’s situation it teaches us that, “It’s not when you signed up in PTN, it’s when you actually start taking your business seriously”…So don’t feel bad or get down on yourself if you have a similar experience. Just get to work and you too can make up for lost time and possibly shoot into the #1 spot in time as a Training Director.

Mr. Harvinder (Mintu) Takhar made $8400 in 16 days!
Harvinder (Mintu) Takhar from Toronto just recently hit the position of Training Director (TD) and made $8,400 in just 16 days working with RTD Anil Ramcharitar. Even though Mintu started June 28th, he really did not take seriously what he was in till Anil took time to explain the “big picture” to him. He had only 1 person in his team when he stopped making excuses and got to work! The major portion of Mintu’s activity came from numerous home meetings while we were in Toronto and Telephonic Presentations that Mintu set up for us to do while we were driving back to Calgary from Toronto. We had to pull over numerous times on the drive through Ontario, Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, Minneapolis, Wisconsin and Montana to talk to Mintu’s prospects and then have Mintu sign them up online!
Mintu made:
$500 (RM Fast Start bonus) + $500 (RM Fast Start Power Bonus) + $2500 (RM Team Bonus for 20 new people in his business as an RM) + $1,000 (TD in less than 60 days bonus) + $3,000 (TD bonus for 20 people in his business as a TD) + $900 (20x$45 for each person who joined his team when he was a TD) =
$8,400!!!!
Mintu also helped 6 people in his business hit the position of Regional Manager (RM) in less than 2 weeks so they were able to pick up their Fast Start Bonuses of $500 0r $1,000!!! He now has an organization of more than 45 people!
